That's why when you book a service call with us, you'll get text confirmations, a notification when we're on our way, and easy payment options such as cash, check, credit and debit cards, or ACH payment right on site with the tech. We also offer financing for repairs! Our service diagnostic calls are $90 + tax, which includes travel, the diagnostic, and a system evaluation.
If a repair is needed, we let you know BEFORE the repair is started and completed so there are no hidden fees involved.
When your heating and cooling system goes out, it can be stressful! Our goal is remove the stress and get your system up and running as quickly as possible.
All of our techs receive regular training in-house, and travel for special trainings given by manufacturers and suppliers on specific units and brands, refrigerant handling and laws, air quality, methods, safety, and more!

What is a Preventative Maintenance?
In order to keep your unit running efficiently and to catch any issues early, our professional service technicians will evaluate the following

We will also
-
Wash out the coil on the outside unit with water only*

Change filter (by selecting a filter ad-on)

Inspect for wear and possible failure on parts

General cleaning of the outside and inside unit (to reduce wear and tear on the unit and any blockages or debris that could interfere with pressures and system performance)
*Any parts that are weak or may need changed will be a separate charge with the discount applied. This includes the cleaning of a heavily soiled evaporator coil or condensing coil if a chemical coil cleaner is needed.
